Payment
Payment must be received before a student will be allowed to sit in a class. Payment must be received at least 15 days in advance. A 10% additional charge may be added if payment is received after the 15th day before class. If an invoice sent from FishNet Security is needed for payment by check, please register with enough advance time to allow for the payment process to be completed. FishNet Security will mail the training invoice by 5:00 P.M. of the next business day after the receipt of the registration. Rescheduling Classes A student may reschedule without penalty, 2 weeks prior to the start of the class. After that time, an additional fee may be charged. Cancellation If a student cancels a class more than 15 days in advance, a 10% penalty will be assessed. If a student cancels within 15 days of class, a 50% fee will be assessed. FishNet Security recommends that students reschedule or substitute instead of canceling. FishNet Security will hold class, provided that payment has been received at least 15 days prior. Substitution A student may be substituted for another student from the same company at any time. FishNet Security requires written verification of the substitution on company letterhead. You can fax or mail the substitution letter to FishNet Security. Discounts FishNet Security will run temporary discounts from time to time. FishNet Security does offer a standard discount. The standard discount is not available in conjunction with any temporary discounts or promotions that may be available. FishNet Security reserves the right to change this discount at any time without notification. Please call 816.421.6611 for more information. Testing FishNet Security is a Pearson VUE testing center partner. If you wish to take an exam while attending class, notify your instructor or make arrangements by contacting the Training Director.
